Pages for display of present and historic data from the Hudsriding weather station, electricity metering and boiler operation.
Menu Charts selection includes:
- Hour - Last hour of data logged once per minute. The charts update regularly and include the last 60 readings.
- Day - One ore more days od data in 15 minute periods. Initially the present day which will include data up to the time displayed. More than one day can be displayed Alternate dates can be selected by means of the calendar.
- Month -One or more Months of data in days. Defaults to present month. A different month and / or additional months can be selected.
- Year - One year of data in months. Defaults to the present year. A different years can be selected.
- Years - All data.
All charts default to present day which will include data up to the last 15 minute period.
Data is displayed either as line. spline (rounded lines) or bar charts along with statistics showing maximum, minimum and average values for the period selected.
The displayed panels include:
- Temperatures. Line chart for hour and hours, spline for days and months and bar chart for years. Chart autoscales.
- Humidity. Same as per Temperatures with a fixed 0-100% scale. Note the humidity transducers only measure in the 5-95% range.
- Pressure. Chart type same as per Temperatures. Fixed scale 950-1050 mBars. The displayed value is corrected for height
- Rain. Bar chart. The tipping bucket rain gauge records every (approx) 1mm of gathered rain.
- Wind Speed. Bar chart. Autoscaled in mph
- Wind Direction. Wind Rose chart showing percentage of readings in 16 sections
- Solar Radiation.
- UV level.
- Power. Bar chart. Electricity consumption in watts.
- Costs. Power data displayed as actual cost in pounds
- Statistics. Minimum, average and maximum values for each input over the selected period except rain (total & maximum). Energy data is based on Economy 7 periods (0-7am GMT is off-peak)
The charts are in Daylight saving time (GMT winter, BST summer).
Data is collected from an EcoWitt weather station and a CurrentCost energy meter.
The weather station includes a 7 in 1 transducer set on a pole and a receiver which includes temperature and humidy values. 8 further modules measure temperature and humidy at various locations.
The pole mounted weather station includes:
- Outside Temperature
- Outside Humidity
- Pressure (adjusted for site elevation)
- Rain Guage
- Wind Speed
- Wind Direction
- UV / Solar Radiation
The CurrentCost energy meter monitors energy consumption (watts) and also gives temperature value at its location in the end bedroom.
